The residential Camp Facilities that will be developed will include power,
water,
garbage collection, Club House with restaurant, bar and leisure rooms,
market and
bakery, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, laundry and cabled
satellite
television.
Commercial area:
Offices and Warehouses built and leased to clients’ specifications and
requirements
Residential and Commercial areas although situated within the same facility
will be separated to provide comfort for clients whilst at home, yet
providing a
comfortable professional atmosphere whilst at work.
Medical Services and Hospital Facilities:
With the development of the residential area with all of its amenities there
are also
medical facilities planned. Currently Emergency facilities are available
within the
working Oilfield Service Center for work related injuries and in the future
it is the
intention to provide a Hospital/Clinic facility within the residential area
to meet the
requirements and needs of the residents. All of these facilities will be run
in conjunction
with a private medical enterprise.
