The SONILS Lda Oil Service Center is totally self sufficient in
terms of power, water, communications and security.
Approximately
90% of all Oil Field related cargo is imported to the region, all of
which must pass through government bonded area to meet with
regulations. With Sonils LDA securing long-term lease agreements
with local port authorities they have been able to guarantee the
long-term investments made to support the offshore oil activity.
Within the base, Sonils receives regular airfreight deliveries and
regular sea freight from all over the World. The Oilfield Services
Center has been structured so as to be able to handle all types of
Oil and Gas related materials and includes the following facilities
and services:
