The internship is part of the implementation of the internship program “Integrate to Win 2022” and aims to accelerate the development of newly graduated professionals with high potential, aiming to prepare them to take on challenges within the chain of operations of SONILS, aligned with our organizational culture.The internship program will last for 18 months, with activities that promote continuous development and practical experience.On the occasion of the reception ceremony for the trainees, the importance of the internship in the development of a professional career was referenced and young people were encouraged to guide the productivity conduct to obtain the desired results, with honesty, focus and resilience, as qualities to cultivate throughout their journey.
