  • Clarify the commitment of each SONILS employee regarding safety aspects
  • Improve existing safety practices in SONILS according to the internationally accepted standards

CHALLENGES

 

  • Transversal (operational and strategic) communication with customers on security aspects in the Base
  • Improve the alignment of the existing safety process at SONILS in the various processes and standards practiced by top companies in the sector

SAFETY DAY OBJECTIVES

 

  • Promote unity and strengthen relationships with resident clients by sharing good practices and common SSQA / HQSE concepts
  • Improve the flow and sharing of SQA information between SONILS and resident customers in the Accident Prevention cooperation, thus promoting a culture of Safety

EXPECTED RESULTS

 

  • Greater sharing of information on SSQA aspects between SONILS and customers – Pre-events
  • Promotion of team spirit between SONILS and clients in common aspects related to SSQA – Event
  • Creation of a tool to facilitate SONILS in the exchange of SSQA information with all users of the base as potential residents
