ACCESS TO THE BASE

Temporary access (people and cars):

Write a letter, addressed to the SSQA address, specifying the desired period;
Describe the people and vehicles that need access;
Nationals: Copy of updated Identity Card;
Expatriates: Copy of Passport with work visa or resident alien’s card;
For the vehicle (s), a copy of the updated insurance must be attached.

OBS: For temporary access of expats with ordinary visa, the client must apply for a short-stay visa to the SME;
Temporary access is not granted for a period exceeding one (1) month;
There is no additional cost to temporary access.

Permanent access:

Resident Clients

Write a letter addressed to the SSQA Board specifying the period of time;
Send by e-mail to info.dpssqa@sonils.co.ao the company logo in JPG or PNG format and a passport photograph of each user;
In the act of delivery / dispatch of the process the client receives a provisional access until the issue of the passes.

Non-resident Clients

Write a letter addressed to the SSQA Board specifying the period of time;
Send by e-mail to info.dpssqa@sonils.co.ao, the company logo in JPG or PNG format and a passport photograph of each user;
After you have entered the process, the customer receives an invoice with the amount to be paid and the bank coordinates;
After making the payment send the proof by email;
In the act of delivery / dispatch of the process the client receives a provisional access until the issue of the passes, which will only be issued after presentation of proof of payment passed by the treasury.

Note:

The documentation can be delivered in person or via email.
Passes are valid until 31 December regardless of the period requested.
The charge is made according to the defined tariff.
