SONILS IS PRESENT AT THE 6ª INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONFERENCE OF NAMIBIA
THE INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONFERENCE (NIEC) TOOK PLACE IN WINDHOEK, FROM APRIL 23 TO 25, UNDER THE THEME: REIMAGINE RESOURCE-RICH NAMIBIA: TRANSFORMING POSSIBILITIES INTO PROSPERITY.
SONILS, as part of its internationalization strategy in the Namibian Oil and Gas industry, participated in the 6th International Energy Conference, with the aim of marking its positioning as a logistics base to support the reference Oil and Gas sector in Africa, presenting the strengths of its business model and its vast experience gained over several years of operation.
The event brought together the main companies in the oil and gas sector, investors and international partners with the purpose of promoting the growth of the industry and positioning Namibia as a privileged investment destination.
The SONILS delegation, led by Administrator Osvaldo Inácio, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SONILS and Executive Administrator of Sonangol, was attended by the Director General, Anabela Marcos, the Director of Strategy and Corporate Relations, Pedro Oliveira and the Commercial Director, Joaquim Chipuco.
SONILS presented the event with excellent approaches in high-standard discussion panels, in which the General Director of SONILS, Anabela Marcos, highlighted the importance of creating an ecosystem of collaboration, integration, innovation and inclusion throughout the entire value chain of the Oil & Gas sector, in favor of valuing local content and sustainable economic development.
In turn, Administrator Osvaldo Inácio, highlighted the historical relationship of cooperation and solidarity between
Angola and Namibia and stressed the enthusiasm and availability of SONILS to be able to contribute to the growth and development of the Oil and Gas sector in Namibia, with their knowledge and experience.
