SONILS participates in the Lusophone Leadership Summit

SONILS, with a strong presence at the 4º edition of the Lusophone Leadership Summit, an event that took place from October 03 to 05, under the motto Leadership Transformational.

The event aims to annually bring together leaders and reference managers from the different business sectors, which operate in Portuguese-speaking countries, and address different issues of sustainability leadership and sharing of experiences on contemporary issues, and solutions to the challenges that leadership faces both in the corporate environment and in the context of society in general.

Emilio Costa, Director General of SONILS, addressed questions about the 2030 strategy, highlighting the 3 pillars of change, such as efficiency, enhancing the business, and the new avenues of growth.

From the initiatives of SONILS develop programs that aim to improve the communication and approximation of the leader to the led where he highlighted the Town halls and Matabicho with the

Directorate General to mitigate the rupture of resistance to change.

The Lusophone Leadership Summit is a project created in 2020 based on the desire to launch a platform for sharing good leadership skills in organizations at the Portuguese-speaking level, create a networking network, share the vision of the market and develop leadership skills in communities.
